1. F&B Controls Associate

2. F&B Controls Supervisor 

Salary: negotiable (based on the level of experience)


1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Previous experience in F&B control, cost analysis, or similar roles within the food and beverage industry.

3. Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial software.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.


– Maintain accurate inventory records for all food and beverage items.

– Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.

– Identify and investigate any discrepancies or variances in inventory levels.- – Monitor and control stock levels to minimize wastage and optimize cost efficiency.

– Analyze food and beverage costs, including purchase prices, wastage, and portion control.

– Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Bar Manager, and Banquet Manager to develop cost-effective menus and pricing strategies.

– Monitor and report on key cost indicators, such as food and beverage cost percentages.

– Identify opportunities for cost savings and recommend appropriate actions.

– Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to food and beverage operations.

– Monitor revenue and expense trends, and provide insights and recommendations to management.

– Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
